How do I create an account?

Click Sign in (top right), enter your email and we'll send a magic-link — no password to remember. You can also sign in with Google. The first time you sign in we ask a few quick questions to set up your fleet.

How do I add my first vehicle?

After signing up, the onboarding wizard walks you through company, depot, vehicle and driver in 4 short steps. You can edit or add more from Fleet Vault → Vehicles at any time.

Can I import an existing fleet list?

Yes — use the CSV import in Fleet Vault. Download our template, fill it in, drop it back, and map your columns to ours. Vehicles, drivers and depots can all be imported in bulk.

Can more than one person from my company log in?

Yes. Go to Account → Team and invite colleagues by email. You can give them Owner, Manager or Driver permissions.

Is FleetPrint+ free to use?

Accepted Answer

Creating an account, adding vehicles, tracking compliance and getting reminders are all free. You only pay for the print and consumables you order.

What can I order on FleetPrint+?

Vehicle livery and signage, fleet essentials (high-vis, hard hats, gloves), workwear, branded merch, site and warehouse signage, labels and stickers, and general print (flyers, business cards, banners, posters, NCR pads, letterheads, comp slips).

Can I personalise products with my own logo?

Yes — most products have a 'Personalise' button on the product page. You can upload a logo or artwork, or use the template editor for simpler items. You'll see a live preview before adding to basket.

What artwork formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS and SVG. For best print quality use 300dpi with 3mm bleed for any full-bleed designs. Our pre-flight checker flags low-res, missing bleed or RGB images and tells you how to fix them.

I don't have artwork — can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email your logo or rough idea to fleetprint@boultondigital.uk and our studio will redraw or proof it. £25 + VAT for retail accounts, free for trade accounts.

Can I save products I order regularly?

Yes. Any past order has a one-click 'Re-order' button, and you can pin favourites to your dashboard. For things you need on a schedule, set up a subscription (see below).

How long does an order take?

Most standard print and consumables ship within 2–4 working days. Bespoke signage depends on complexity — the product page or your quote shows the estimated lead time.

Where's my order?

Go to Account → Orders, click the order to see live status (Received → In Production → Dispatched → Delivered) and a courier tracking link once dispatched. You'll also get email updates at each step.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If the order is still in 'Received' status you can edit it from the order page. Once it's in production we'll need to catch the courier — email support@fleetprint.co.uk as soon as you can.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Mainland UK is our default. We can ship to NI, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland on request — contact us for a quote.

What's your returns policy?

Most print is bespoke so it can't be resold, meaning returns are limited to faulty goods or our error. Email support@fleetprint.co.uk within 14 days with photos and we'll sort a reprint or refund.

Where do I get a VAT receipt?

Every order PDF in My Orders is a VAT invoice — open the order and click 'Download invoice'.

What is the Fleet Vault?

Your central register of every vehicle, driver and depot. Enter details once and we re-use them across orders, quotes and subscriptions — no more re-typing.

How do vehicle details get filled in?

Enter the registration and we auto-fill make, model and colour from DVLA. You then add type (tractor/rigid/trailer/van/car), depot and in-service date.

What info do you store on drivers?

Name, licence number, CPC expiry, tacho card number + expiry, medical expiry and an optional photo. All visible only to your team.

What is the QR check-in?

Each vehicle has a printable QR sticker. Drivers scan it from their phone to log a defect, mileage or a daily walk-around — no app to install and no login required.

Can I assign drivers to specific vehicles?

Yes — open a vehicle, scroll to Assigned drivers and pick from your driver list. A driver can be assigned to multiple vehicles.

What expiries do you track?

MOT, road tax (VED), tachograph calibration, driver CPC, driver licence, tacho card, O-licence, insurance and PMI cycles.

When do I get reminders?

Email and in-app at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry. You can change the schedule in Compliance → Settings.

Can I import an MOT certificate or V5 instead of typing dates?

Yes — upload or photograph the document and our OCR extracts the dates and pre-fills the record for you to confirm. Works for MOT, V5 and CPC cards.

Can drivers check items in from their phone?

Yes — share a QR or magic link with a driver and they can confirm receipt and expiry dates without logging in.

Can I share a compliance pack with an auditor or broker?

Accepted Answer

Yes — generate a read-only public link from a vehicle's compliance pack. It expires after a window you choose and can be revoked at any time.

How do subscriptions work?

Pick a product, choose quantity, delivery address and cadence (4, 8, 12, 26 or 52 weeks). Stripe charges automatically each cycle and we dispatch. You get a 7-day heads-up email before each run so you can skip or pause.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Yes — Account → Subscriptions → choose Pause, Skip next, change quantity or Cancel. Changes take effect immediately, no minimum term.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry the card up to 3 times over 5 days. If it still fails the subscription pauses and we email you so it can be sorted with no missed deliveries.

Can I link a subscription to a specific vehicle?

Yes — when setting up the subscription you can tag a vehicle so the order shows up against it in your records.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All orders are pay-as-you-go at checkout.

Are prices shown ex- or inc-VAT?

Prices on product pages are ex-VAT. The cart adds 20% UK VAT at checkout. Export orders can be zero-rated — contact us if that applies.

Can I save a card for next time?

Yes. At checkout tick 'Save for next time' and we'll store it securely via Stripe (we never see the card number). Manage saved cards in Account → Payment methods.

How do I make sure my artwork prints sharp?

Supply at 300dpi or as vector (PDF/AI/EPS/SVG), use CMYK rather than RGB, and add 3mm bleed plus a 3mm safe-zone for any full-bleed prints. Our pre-flight checker will flag anything off.

Will I see a proof before it prints?

You see a live preview as you personalise. For bespoke jobs and quotes we send a PDF proof to approve before anything goes to print.

Can you match a specific brand colour?

Yes — let us know the Pantone or CMYK reference and we'll match it as closely as the substrate allows. For signage we can also send a physical proof on request.

Can I re-use artwork on a different product?

Yes — uploaded artwork is saved to your Artwork library so you can drop it onto any other product without re-uploading.

I'm not getting magic-link emails.

Check your spam/junk folder and add no-reply@fleetprint.co.uk to your safe senders. If you're using a shared mailbox the link only works on the device that requested it — try again from the device you'll log in on.

How do I change my email address?

Account → Profile → Edit email. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address; click it and you're done.

How do I manage notifications?

Account → Notifications. Turn on/off email and in-app alerts for compliance, orders, quotes, subscriptions and marketing — all independently.

How do I add or change a saved delivery address?

Account → Addresses. You can mark one as default and tag others as 'Depot', 'Site' etc. Saved addresses auto-suggest at checkout.

Yes. We're hosted on secure UK/EU cloud infrastructure, all traffic is HTTPS, passwords aren't stored (magic-link only) and access to your fleet data is restricted to your team via row-level security.
