1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of FleetPrint+ and any orders placed through this site. FleetPrint+ is operated by Boulton Digital, VAT no. REPLACE-VAT-NUMBER), registered office Studio, Elm Cottage, Bowers Lane, Aston by Stone, ST15 0BN, United Kingdom. Contact us at admin@boultondigital.uk.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline orders where artwork breaches third-party rights, where pricing or stock is incorrect, or where a print specification cannot be fulfilled.

3. Prices, VAT & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate. Payment is taken in full when you check out via our payment provider. We do not store card details.

4. Artwork & proofing

You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, colour profile, quantity and specification you supply or approve. Where a digital proof is provided, production starts once you approve it. We are not liable for errors present in approved artwork.

5. Lead times & delivery

Lead times shown on each product are estimates from the point of artwork approval and cleared payment. We aim to dispatch on time but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or third parties. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment clears in full.

6. Bespoke & personalised print

Most items we supply are made to your specification or personalised with your branding. Under regulation 28(1)(b) and 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised. 7. Faulty or damaged goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged in transit or not matching the approved specification, notify us within 7 days of delivery at admin@boultondigital.uk with photographs. We will arrange a reprint, replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

You warrant that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos or text submitted to us, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from that content. All site content, software and branding remain our property or our licensors'.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
