Bespoke & personalised orders

The vast majority of products on FleetPrint+ are printed to order or personalised with your branding, vehicle details or artwork. Under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are:

• made to your specification, or
• clearly personalised.

That means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised print simply because you've changed your mind, or because of errors present in artwork that you supplied or approved.

If something is wrong with your order

We want you to be happy with what we send. If your order arrives:

• damaged in transit,
• faulty or defective,
• different from the proof you approved, or
• incorrect quantity / specification on our part,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@boultondigital.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue (including packaging where relevant). We will arrange a reprint, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-personalised stock items

For non-personalised stock items (e.g. plain tachograph rolls or off-the-shelf equipment), consumers have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery, and a further 14 days to return the goods unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Business customers

Where you order in the course of a business, our Terms & Conditions apply and the consumer cancellation rights above do not. Faulty-goods remedies under those terms still apply.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Card refunds typically clear within 5 working days depending on your bank.
