FleetPrint+ is operated in the United Kingdom and acts as the data controller for account, billing and order data created in the portal.

2. Data we collect

• Account details (name, email, company, role)
• Fleet data (vehicles, drivers, depots, registration numbers)
• Order and payment metadata (we do not store full card details)
• Usage and device data needed to keep the service secure

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the portal, personalise compliance print, process orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, expiry alerts) and meet our legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the trade printers and payment processors required to fulfil your orders, and with auth/email infrastructure providers under UK GDPR-compliant agreements.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing fleetprint@boultondigital.uk.
